I am a large user of Icon and have a large number of C-extensions
and I have being converting from one version of the language to
another. I rely very much on the low-level functionality you provide.
I wondered if there were any detailed release notes that quantified
all the low-level changes to the language at each release. Most
of the changes have no effect on user functionality but do have an
effect at the developer level.
