  24. I am a large user of Icon and have a large number of C-extensions
  25. and I have being converting from one version of the language to
  26. another. I rely very much on the low-level functionality you provide.

  28. I wondered if there were any detailed release notes that quantified
  29. all the low-level changes to the language at each release. Most
  30. of the changes have no effect on user functionality but do have an
  31. effect at the developer level.
